I purchased my first Agendio in 2020 and was very happy with it. Over the course of the year I identified a few things to change in my layout for 2021, and was very happy to see that new formats were offered. I now have exactly what I need, and will be ordering my 2022 planner in the fall.
I am a planner person, and have been for a long, long time. I have always lamented that I couldn’t find the perfect planner with just everything I needed. When I discovered Agendio, I knew my dreams had come true. COMPLETELY personalizable - I can be as anally-organized and list-driven as I want to be and no one will judge me because it’s all safe here in my beautiful bound planner. Tweaking this for the rest of my life will bring me great joy.
This is a great planner, but the extra deep spiral binding makes it quite cumbersome to write anything down on the left side (I'm right handed). I love everything else about it, but the binding is a problem and may sway me to purchase a different planner next year.
Initially I was happy with my planner. However after only one month the back plastic cover has already broken off where the coil holes are. I am very disappointed considering the amount of money I paid.
I've been on search for the holy grail of planners and I think I may have found it! First, I love the customizable options. I have a space for my to-do list, as well as, my daily schedule. The back pocket is handy for those papers I need easy/quick access to. I also love that the band holds it all together when I am taking it on the go.
I love that I can make my agenda the way I want it to suit my needs. I also love that I can store important dates in my account that can be added automatically for future agendas I make. The personalization is my favorite part. What a great way to make this unique and fun!
This has been great to have a layout that works for me! About 1/2 way through my first one. Will definitely make some changes but very happy! At first I thought it was expensive but I made my $80 back by being more productive and organized.
I love the layout and customization, but I wish the cardstock cover was somehow attached to the hard plastic case. When mine arrived, the cardstock cover underneath the plastic piece was bent a bit, which bummed me out because I know I will wear it out, but it came a little pre-worn, and for the price, that was disappointing. Love everything else about it, still using it daily.
I’ve been looking for a planner that I could customize and I didn’t have the saccharine quotes and “motivational” components to it. Reddit referred me to agendio where I made a planner. It’s perfect. It’s exactly what I would draw when I did a bujo, and I love that it’s large format.
It is the perfect size for me and I really enjoyed all of the options for customization.
My job requires a detailed planner, with a quick way to take notes on meetings throughout the workday. Every pre-made planner I have tried to use, I had to make work for me. They were either lacking what I needed, or filled up with stuff I'll never use. To me this was absolutely worth the premium price. It is set up exactly how I want it. This being my first Agendio purchase - I am sure I will find some changes I want to make for the next one.
I'm a teacher and have been using a planner from another small (but getting bigger) business for about 10 years. I never thought I'd change. I was wrong! I love my Agendio. It's exactly what I need. No random teacher pages I'll never use adding bulk. I can put in exactly what I want for my schedule for the year, so it's the perfect fit. I love being able to customize the colors and fonts. The paper feels so wonderful too! This is my new go-to!
I have been posting and talking about this planner to anyone who will listen! It is BY FAR the best planner I've ever used!!! Having something so customizable to fit my exact needs has been a dream.

I'm an SEO expert, my job is highly versatile and I have a lot to remember. I had been looking for a planner, for a while now, that let me plan my week the way I wanted to! Enough with the color coded post-its already! Agendio let me plan my agenda that way I needed it and the quality of the product is amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anybody and I will for sure get one for next year.
LOVED this customizable planner. Because it's customizable, there is a chance for error when printing. That happened and it delayed my planner by a few weeks. However, the wait was worth it! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my planner.

I love my Agendio so much! The colors came out great and I love how easy it was to customize and organize it, as well as all the options I had. I use it every single day, for work, school, social life, Dungeons & Dragons, meal planning, to do lists, bullet journaling, and wedding planning for my clients. Another brand was recommended to me because of how visually customizable they were, but for how busy I am, I needed something that looked professional while still being personal and was highly customizable as far as content and organization. My coworkers at the office have all loved my planner and admired it. I love that I was able to put in important dates, birthdays, and specify the printed holidays to my religion and culture. I'm already looking forward to getting a planner for 2020 and I'll never need another kind of planner with Agendio.

This is a fantastic product. It has been such a wonderful tool to use. For so long I have made due with box standard planners. To have one personalized for exactly the way I like to do things is brilliant. It definitely streamlines my day, and future planning.
So the only complaint I have is that I ordered one of these without realizing how big it was going to be. They should let you know how many pages it will be. BUT the second one I ordered (because the first one was a giant) is so helpful and amazing. It is everything I ever wanted in a planner.

Last year my principal bought her first Agendio planner and I envied it the whole time. For Christmas she gave me a gift certificate and I couldn't wait to order my own. I spent a month customizing it to fit my work schedule as a Vice Principal and my personal schedule. I wanted to be able to use just one planner for everything. Mission accomplished. I was able to add a column with all my teachers for weekly lesson plan checks, add goals for the year in the front, achievements in the back, have 2 pages for notes in between each week, and separate my week days on the left of the book and weekends on the right. I will be ordering one for next year a little earlier because I was able to save it. So far, I haven't come across anything I missed or need to add to the next one. But if I do, it's so easy to do. I love it! It is a little costly, but worth every penny. Thank you Agendio.

I LoVE my planner. I ordered my planner before the 20-21 school year and I have used it daily since. I love the personalization and I am already build the one I am going to use next year. The planner is sturdy and still in excellent shape!

I am in love with my Agendio. I have used it all year and was ready for my re-order with the edits I needed to make. I love the flexibility, but yes, sometimes the design area of the website is lacking (like being able to save segments etc). But overall I do fully enjoy the way I can create a planner to fit my needs. Would love PURPLE as a color option for the faux leather wrap cover! Also different types of hardcover options would be fun to choose from vs. solid color only. Maybe a laminated paper or textured ?
This is my second time ordering an Agendio. I came back after my first to take advantage of the daily pages and new binding, two features I really wanted with the first one. I think the process of designing an Agendio is great. I think the Agendio itself is a 4-star product, barring some issues I had with the binding coming loose after very minimal use. What I don't think is so great is how long this is taking. My order sat in "Pre Production" for three weeks before moving to In Production. I'm pretty sure that I won't get it before the holidays due to shipping delays for Xmas now. I ordered on Nov 11. It's crazy that a product, even a highly personalized product like this, should be hung up in the "Pre Production" stage that long. There will be a month at least of wasted daily pages at the start of my journal by the time I receive it. Not only does that make my journal less useful to me, it also wastes paper and money. While the idea of this company and product is excellent, I will have major doubts about coming back unless I hear that there have been big changes in the speed of review -- again, this is NOT about the speed of production. Please do not reply telling me that these take time to make. This is about the speed of the "Pre Production" phase, which should not take 3 weeks on top of the weeks it takes to produce and ship the product.
Update: I contacted Agendio today regarding this issue, as it had been over a month since the order was placed. Dan emailed me back right away, explaining the delay very frankly, and offered a satisfactory solution for future orders. I'm really pleased with the customer service, and understanding what's going on "behind the scenes" makes it a lot easier to wait out the delay. While this is still a disappointing situation for everyone involved, I do think I will be back in the future, simply because this is still a great product when all is said and done, and the customer service is better than most other companies out there.

I use this as my teacher plan book and personal planner and it is awesome! It takes a long time to make if you really think about what you want but you can just make it simple if you like calligraphy and stickers to add yourself.
I have long said that I wished I could design my own planner, and with Agendio, I could make the pages do what I wanted for my way of planning! I'm excited that I can keep the plan and then just make changes for next year and not have to start all over!

I've used a daily planner for over 25 years, and I've struggled with every single one of them. As a student, as a teacher, and as a mother, no planner has ever been able to fit my needs. I found Agendio through a last-resort web search, and my frustration has turned into love. I've recommended Agendio planners to dozens of colleagues and friends. Other planners claim to be customizable, but Agendio actually delivers on that promise. I don't mind the extra cost if what I'm getting is of this quality. Very durable covers, great paper quality, and tons of customizable features really makes this the brand to beat. I believe Agendio is one of the best-kept secrets around!
First of all, I LOVE this planner. I just got it, so I haven't really had the chance to use it, but I love the way my customization turned out!! The only reason I'm not giving all 5 stars is because the cover I ordered appeared to be black and grey online but in person its more of a brown/plum color. Still looks nice but I would have preferred the black.

Came across Agendio one night and thought wow that's a lot of work for a planner. While it was a time consuming process it was worth it. I used to buy two planners every year; one for work and one for home. Carrying both with me everyday to keep my life organized. And neither really had exactly what I wanted/needed. This solved that. I was able to make this so it works perfectly for what I need. Part of my planner is dedicated to my home, keeping my daughters activities organized, a section for our bills, a section for our to do's and more. A whole portion for work which keeps client appointments, goals and priorities. Not having to write in birthdays, holidays and recurring events is so nice. Purchased the hard cover and looks professional sitting on my desk. Highly recommend, especially for a working mom.

Agendio has been such a great find! Designing my own planner through Agendio has been the best solution for me by far. This is my third year using their planners and there's no question that I'll order for next year as well.
I live with my planner by my side and it's essential to my work and personal schedule. I have been searching for a service that would customize my planner to my needs in a LARGE size rather than the square or smaller "cute" customizable planners on the market. I needed something that would have space for me to block out all hours of my day, with to-do lists, and spaces for meal planning and deadlines to be written in. I really loved the amount of customization that was available, although in the future when I re-order I will take care to be more prepared (have all family birthdays and holidays ready). The only real complaint I have about Agendio is that there is not as much freedom to customize the cover that other sites offer to make it more aesthetically personal, but I am happy with the quality of the cover itself.
The planner is fantastic. There are a couple small things that I would change, but even with those issues, it's better than any other planner I could find. The cost is a bit steep though.

The website was super easy to navigate and I was able to input all the information I needed in my planner. Special events and holidays show up on the monthly and weekly pages so I never have to re-write anything and it’s looks professional. The only upgrade Id like to see is book binding instead of spiral.

this is the second year i've purchased and religiously used an agendio. when the new one comes in, my coworkers are impressed all over again. these planners have an unbeatable quality and are well worth the price (a bargain, compared to rivals). i look forward to the design and configuration process each year - although i wouldn't mind even further customization possibilities. two things i find agendio is sorely lacking are 1) a place to keep my designated planner pen and 2) standard pockets/dividers built in to the front and back covers. add those two items to the option list (and maybe a few more fonts/colors/layouts?), and i'm set for years to come. keep up the fantastic work, agendio team!
My 2019 Agendio has allowed me to be more organized than ever. I love that I was able to easily design a planner to meet all of my needs. My planner is a high-quality product with plenty of space to write my to-do list and all my follow-ups, as well as other pertinent notes.
I love my new planner due to the fact that it was 100% customizable. It took me a few attempts on designing it but once I fully figured out the website it was smooth sailing. The planner is not bulky, the pages are thick and of good quality, I love that the front and back covers have a clear protective sleeve over them, and the spiral doesn't get in the way of writing. Obviously I'm really happy with how it turned out. I plan on purchasing another one for 2020! I don't mind the cost because the brand I was using before is the same price but that isn't customizable at all. That other brand is more concerned about being "cute" verses functional. Just make sure if you're ordering from the U.S. be sure to notify your bank first since Agendio is out of the country.

My calendar is very clean and neat. I love the paper weight and size. It is so relaxing to have a professional looking calendar that is organized to my taste.
Think outside the boxes! I creatively changed the labels to reflect my need for expressing gratitude, weekly meditation, personal goals, what I'm celebrating, people I'm sending a little extra love to, etc. I'm using the daily empty boxes as space to draw or affix found images. And, I added ruled pages between the weeks so that I can use my book as a personal journal, too. This has been a game changer for my committment to journaling! I WANT to work in this book. The high quality of the hard bound book is exquisite. I am thrilled with my Agendio and will revise, edit, add new lables when I buy my next one. Worth EVERY cent! Brilliant product!

For years I have been looking for the perfect combination of calendar/schedule book and journal. I was able to combine both in this thoughtfully created website that is very easy to learn and gives so many creative options. The hardbound version is of the highest quality leather and the color is gorgeous. I added ruled pages between the 2-page week spreads and my commitment to journaling has changed. I love being in my Agendio book! With some thought and planning, you can create exactly what you need: change headings, change subject lines, expand or shrink note spaces, etc. It is truely a personalized planner down to the colors for each month and fonts that you can choose from. I'm in love!

I ordered the hard cover. I'm sure it gave dimensions, but was surprised at how big it is. I would prefer a smaller size, and a flexible cover. I tak it with me everywhere for more taking, and listing dates and ideas. I love the note section and the it gives me ample room to freestyle my to do list. However, I was overwhelmed with all the selection options and took me longer than an hour to sit and decided and order how I wanted the structure to be.
I absolutely love my planner. The ability to customize this has made my calendar very useful to my work and home life.
This is my 2nd Agendio and it's exactly what I need for this year. There were things I didn't use last year and now I know that so I removed them. Next year I might need something else and I can add it. It's the best because I can customize it to what I need that year. I've got my husband addicted as well and we both feel like our productivity has increased dramatically.
Has been over a month and still hasn't arrived (I live in a large city in Cananda). The planner itself will probably be good, but whats the point when its already been a month into 2021? Horrible.
Before you purchased, we advised you that your agendio would be shipped between January 11 and January 23. Your agendio was shipped on January 14. So although you received it later than you hoped, it was shipped well within the date range we advised you it would be. That's why it’s always a good idea to order early if ordering during the year-end period.
A little costly, but worth it to be able to customize. It's well made, which is important because it gets thrown from desk to backpack quickly and often. Great to keep track of my days and my notes from meetings. Great product and experience overall. Next time I'll do things a little different, but that's just me learning my organizational preferences in this job.
I purchased a large planner with the heaviest paper. I have a weekly and monthly layout (model's 32042,32039). There's so many customization choices that I took my time creating my planner. I already started tweaking my next one! Paper-feels good and no bleeding. It's hard to explain, not as slick as Plum Paper and not as much tooth as EC paper. A nice middle ground between both of them. I felt the customization was an easy process. It is time consuming but if you're looking at an Agendio then you are prepared for that! I wish the font size was larger on weekly layouts. I also wish I could have put my daily to do's at the top of the list. These are not deal breakers for me and might have more to do with the layout I choose. I also wish the covers were better. I am a sucker for an EC cover. Overall, I have enjoyed using the planner. Mine started August 1, so I am only 10 days in!
This is my second year purchasing an agendio. I have used planners consistently for the past five or six years, but always felt like they came up short in providing the features I wanted. I have really enjoyed tweaking my agendio to make it fit the sort of schedule and details I want to track each week. The only things I wish were different are: - I wish I could enlarge the font when labeling pagelets/divisible* - it seems like i can’t always put a list in every divisible - only in certain divisibles - in the weekly layout. (For example, it will let me put a list in the divisible I have on the bottom of my weekly page, but I can’t put a list in the divisible in the top right corner)* - when I do create a list, the labels justify to the right rather than to the left where they would be flush with the check box. This seems funny to me* - it would be great if, within a given layout, I could adjust the height or width of specific divisible/pagelet columns. These are all MINOR details though which would just make the agendio even more excellent. But as it is, it is just so amazing and I love it so much!!! The ability to personalize a planner with all the things I want to track is just amazing and I get so excited every year about tweaking a new one. Thank you for all you do!!! *I created my 2023 agendio in Sept 2022, and it seems like since then I saw a blog post saying one of these things had been fixed/changed, but I can’t remember which one.
I have customized several planners and love them all. They are very high quality.

Bad Customer Service About Removing Pages After Purchase
Stephanie F., NC (US)Model #32589While putting the planner together, I contacted customer support and asked this question: "I see that the 2 extra pages at the end of each month are automatically added a few days before the actual end of the month. Is this because the last week may include days from the next month? If possible can the 2 extra pages at the end of the month for December, be added after the page that includes the last day of the month, December 31st? That last page only includes January 1st, and this planner ends in December. Thank you." Cust serv replied that they cannot move the 2 extra pages. They responded: "Unfortunately that is not possible either. However, you can take them out when you receive your Agendio. Let us know if you have any other questions. All the best," So I added on 2 extra pages after December with the intention of taking out the 2 extra pages that were oddly placed in the planner. This meant that I was paying for 2 extra pages that had to be taken out once I got the planner. I also had to remove 2 extra note pages in the planner to make the pages fit in the wrap planner (that's 2 losses for me). I got the planner today and realized that customer service gave me bad advice. I can't remove the 2 extra pages because each page has a week on each side. So I lost money. The end of December looks stupid because it has the same 2 pages duplicated at the end of the month. And this planner is a gift, which makes me look like I ordered from a shoddy company.
